Thabiso Modiselle is a seasoned property manager from Soweto and I possess a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Damelin and a certificate in Civil Engineering from South WestGauteng College. I am currently studying towards a BachelorsDegree in Business Administration at Mancosa. My professional career started at Redefine Properties (REIT) where I was an intern, during my tenure I was responsible for all the technical support, health & safety and administration of the Sandton & Joburg CBD portfolio, a year later I was promoted to Assistant Operations Manager for Maponya Mall where I was responsible for the technical team on site and managing the shopping centre’s operational cashflow and then I moved on to Stoneridge Shopping Centre as Facilities Manager. I have also worked for Abreal Property Management for the Abcon Group providing high level technical support from a property & project management perspective. My recent role was at Mafadi Properties as a Portfolio Operations Manager where I was brought to set-up and implement the entire operational structure of the commercial portfolio. My experience spans across commercial, retail and industrial asset management. Some developments that I have been involved in include Rosebank Link and Jackal Creek Corner.
